Training

The Grizzly Training Center is a premier year-round gym dedicated solely to the sport of wrestling. The Training
Center serves the purpose of hosting all Oakland University Wrestling Camps, as we fundraise to support our
up-and-coming college program. The Grizzly Training Center was built for the student athlete who wants to
elevate their wrestling career to its highest potential. Wrestling training will consist of Folkstyle, Freestyle &
Greco-Roman styles of wrestling as well as conditioning. The Grizzly Training Center is meant for serious
wrestlers only!

MISSION STATEMENT
Our personal mission is to bring the caliber of wrestling in the Metro Detroit and Eastern Michigan area to a level
of national caliber. We will prepare your athlete to wrestle at the highest state and national level. With our state
of the art training facility, athletes will receive training to compliment and enhance the training received at their
current school or club level programs.
